Foam is what separates a safe ship-out from a damaged return. We supply polyethylene (PE) closed-cell foam for reusable cases and totes, polyurethane (PU) ether-based foam for general cushioning, and conductive PU for ESD-sensitive electronics where standard foam would void compliance.
Poly-laminate foam shields painted and polished surfaces from rub-marks; expanded polystyrene (EPS) handles cold-chain and one-way shipments where cost-per-ship matters more than reusability. Stocked in standard thicknesses from 1/8 inch through 4 inches, with custom die-cutting, waterjet, and CNC routing for nested-part trays.
Send a part drawing, STEP file, or a sample — we'll quote the cut plan and the tooling. Most tooling amortizes across 500 to 1,000 units, after which recuts drop to material-and-labor.
