A carton is only as sealed as its tape.
Cheap tape is the quietest hidden cost in a packing line. Undersized adhesive means re-tapes, returns, and carrier disputes. We stock hot-melt and acrylic carton-sealers for production volume, water-activated gummed tape when tamper-evidence and heavier loads matter, and filament tape for bundling where a strap won't fit.
For palletized freight, plastic strapping in 5 mm through 19 mm widths covers nearly every load; steel strapping handles sharp corners and uneven stacks. We keep manual and pneumatic tensioners, seals, buckles, and battery tools on the shelf alongside the coil so your crew isn't waiting on consumables.
Custom-printed carton-sealing tape — logos, directional arrows, fragile warnings — runs at a low minimum of around 36 rolls, 10-day lead time.
